Thank you for becoming a Blog Butler customer!

Our goal is to help you be successful in running and operating your WordPress site. Please refer to this page for the details of your Service Plan – when you complete signup we will email them to you as well for your records.

  • In case we need a way to contact you other than email.

 

Here are the details of your subscription to our service:

  • You receive up to 30 minutes of a WordPress Expert’s time per month to make non-design changes to your blog (installing plugins, updating sidebar, advice, etc.). We do not provide design advise for design or design changes.  We can provide references to design experts that we work with regularly.
  • We will pro-actively monitor your blog 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • We will perform all core WordPress Upgrades within 72 hours of new releases
  • We will upgrade all WordPress Plugins on a weekly basis
  • Your blog will be securely backed up to an offsite location once a week
  • Your blog’s database will be backed up to an offsite location daily
  • We will configure your WordPress blog securely using industry best practices to prevent/repel malicious attacks
  • You receive Priority Technical Support when you submit a support ticket
  • Your blog will be configured to automatically detect and delete spam comments
  • Your site is allowed up to 2,000 Unique Daily Visitors
  • Your blog is allowed up to 10 GB of Disk Space
  • If you go over these limits we may politely request that you upgrade to our Business Plan

Next Steps:

  1. Complete signup via PayPal
  2. When you are re-directed back to our site, create a new username/password so that you can access your account later
  3. We will contact you to provide us your username/passwords for your Blog, current Host and domain registrar (don’t worry, if you are not sure about these we will help you find them)
  4. We will move your blog to our servers within 5 business days
  5. That’s it! Now you are ready to spend your time writing great content instead of managing your blog.

Other details:

  • We will bill your credit card monthly
  • If you are not happy with our services within the first 30 days, we will refund your first payment, no questions asked.
  • You are free to cancel your subscription anytime – your account will be de-activated at the end of the current billing cycle – no pro-rated refunds will be provided after the first 30 days.
